Awesome Abs & More

How would you like to lose 1-2 inches off your waist, get back
in shape after the pandemic? This fun and energy driven workout features core strengthening moves and light cardio for the heart and lungs. Exercises will help to:
• Tighten abdominal muscles
• Strengthen your core
• Help with balance

Body Alignment 101 –102

Designed for those looking for a fun-filled workout, this class focuses on body mechanics and postural alignment by incorporating stretches and strengthening movements.  Alignment refers to how the head, shoulders, spine, hips, knees and ankles relate and line-up with each other. Proper alignment of the body puts less stress on the spine and helps you have good posture, which promotes balance, flexibility and optimal range of motion. Not only will you feel more physically fit overall, but you will also experience improved quality of sleep, less incidences of slips and falls, and more vigor in your daily activities. All ages are encouraged to participate.
